Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We will do our best to ship all items on the day of purchase.  If not they will ship the next day. 

We ship using UPS, we have found UPS to be much more reliable than USPS, Fedex or any other shipper.

When shipping to Canada, we use USPS.

We never charge a handling fee like some of our competitors do to cover packaging, or labor.  We think this is just trying to put the squeeze on the consumers.

Returns

Returns are accepted with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), just drop us an email with your order number and the reason for the return. 

Returns due to customer ordering wrong part or just decided you don't want it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Customer will have to prepay shipping back to us in these cases.

Returns due to defective merchandise or wrong part shipped are not subject to a restock fee and a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Returns for sales older than 30 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This charge is higher because, after 30 days, we have re-ordered the parts that you are sending back and we will now have more of those items on our shelves than we need.

Depending on the item, orders older than 60 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

We will charge an additional 15% repacking fee for items that are not returned in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition, or dirty or greasy. If an item is not in its original packaging and does not look new we can no longer sell it as a new part. Please be sure to package your return carefully and insure it if worth over $100!

We will not refund shipping charges for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

Electrical Parts can not be returned for a refund if they have been installed, hooked up, or used in any way. If an electrical part is defective (not hooked up wrong) we will replace it. Most electrical parts carry a 90 day defect warranty.

All of our items carry a manufacturer's defect warranty of 90days unless otherwise specified. Defect warranties do not cover abuse or misuse
